This essential, outward facing role brings SWS and its mission to prospective parents, from the initial point of inquiry through to acceptance, enrollment, and re-enrollment. The Enrollment Director cultivates relationships with prospective families who express interest in the school and guides them through the admissions processes.
As part of the Sierra Waldorf School’s Administrative Team, the Enrollment Director works closely with the Development Director and Outreach Committee to educate our community about Waldorf Education and opportunities at Sierra Waldorf School. They also serve on the TAP and ATA Committees, to help ensure that all families that value a Waldorf Education and have been accepted at our school can afford to enroll.
This onsite, 32 hour/week position has the potential for remission and has an immediate expected start date.
